There are currently three buildings available for lease within the Southern Illinois Research Park, depending upon the stage and needs of your business.

Dunn-Richmond Economic Development Center houses a business incubator program designed to assist start-up and emerging businesses.

One Enterprise Place has multiple suites for growing businesses and research organizations.

One Innovation Place, opening in December 2012, is a public/private partnership with facilities ranging from 1,000 – 4,000 square feet.
