There are currently three buildings available for lease within the SIU Research Park, depending upon the stage and needs of your business. - Dunn-Richmond Economic Development Center houses a business incubator program designed to assist start-up and emerging businesses.
- One Enterprise Place has multiple suites for growing businesses and research organizations.
- One Innovation Place, opened in December 2012, is a public/private partnership with facilities ranging from 1,000 – 4,000 square feet.
All SIU Research Park tenants, their employees, and guests must follow SIU Carbondale policies. Most policies can be found online.
