SIH Accounting Services
The people of Southern Illinois Healthcare, a not-for-profit health care system, are dedicated to promoting the health and well being of all of the people in the communities we serve. Over 3,000 employees, along with physicians and volunteers, work together to achieve their mission and ensure that the health care needs of those they serve are met. They make this a reality by treating patients in SIH facilities, offering services in rural clinics, collaborating with some of America’s best hospitals and improving their communities through our charitable community benefits programs.
SIU College of Business Innovation Hub
The Innovation Hub opened in the fall of 2013 in support of a cross-disciplinary focus and an entrepreneurial culture at SIU Carbondale. Based on an innovation and design-focused model, the Hub is being adapted and optimized for the unique rural environment of southern Illinois. The 3,500 square feet of collaborative space allows creative interactions among all areas of campus: engineering, design, education, social and behavioral sciences, science, agriculture, medicine, law, and business. A specific goal is to create an opportunity for students to engage one another in a collaborative, experiential setting on real issues inspired by the local challenges of the southern Illinois region, but with a focus on opportunities and solutions that can have a genuine global impact.
